The Open Faced Brisket Sandwich – This week’s Off the Menu special. We’re a little late posting for this week, but we’ve run this special to some rave reviews. We take our signature smoked beef brisket and pile it on Texas Toast. Next, we add some mashed potatoes, brown beef gravy, and top it with onion straws. Very hearty and tasty!
