Many people wonder where you can get beef ribs in Miami. Believe it or not, it’s actually somewhat difficult to find a restaurant in Miami, Homestead, or even South Florida that serves these ribs.
Beef ribs, also called beef back ribs, come from (obviously) the ribs of a cow. This is where ribeye steaks and roasts are cut from. Another type of of beef rib is the short rib. The short ribs come from the lower portion of the chest and are typically more meaty.
