Biscuit and Brisket with Gravy is this week’s Off the Menu Special. Biscuits and Gravy is a Southern staple. We took this plate and added a twist. We took a jumbo homemade biscuit and topped it with our famous smoked beef brisket. We created a gravy made from brisket drippings and poured it over the biscuits and brisket. Finally, we added a few fried onion strings to add some crunchiness to it. Awesome!
