Happy Holidays everyone! This week’s Off the Menu special is the Potato Crisp Burger. First, we take shredded potatoes and mix them with jalapeños, cheese, onions, and bacon. Next, we flatten the mixture into and patty and deep fry until it is nice and crispy. We place this on top of our blended angus burger and add a homemade chipotle fry sauce. Delicious! Add fries, cole slaw, and a Pepsi for the perfect meal.

Actors David Zayas and Enrique Murciano joined us yesterday at Shiver’s BBQ while taking a break from filming on the Netflix’ drama, Bloodline. Mr. Zayas credits include: Dexter, Gotham, Law & Order, and Oz to name a few. Mr. Murciano has appeared in Speed 2, Without a Trace, and Blackhawk Down among others.

Introducing Shiver’s Bar-B-Q’s new and improved hamburgers: 1/2 lb. of blended Angus ground chuck, beef brisket, and beef short rib. Prime meats make for a great tasting hamburger. Moist and flavorful, these burgers taste great even without the condiments.
