The Brisket Burger – This week’s Off the Menu special. We take our smoked beef brisket and throw it on top of our seasoned 8 oz. Angus burger. Next, we top it with melted cheese and fried onion straws. We finish it with a creamy mustard bbq horseradish sauce. Served with 2 side items. Very filling indeed!
