Each week we will be cookin’ up new items not found on the menu. The items may be sandwiches, appetizers, or desserts that we’re experimenting with and hope you come out and try them! This week’s item we’ll call “The Carolina.” Take our slowly smoked pulled pork, top it with tangy mustard BBQ sauce (or sweet BBQ sauce), cole slaw, and fried pickles, and place on our soft butter bun.
