The Buffalo Pulled Chicken Sandwich – This week’s off the menu special. We take the tender meat from our smoked chicken, toss it in Buffalo wing sauce, and melt Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses on top. Add onions and/or bleu cheese dressing if you’d like!
